Family therapy offers the family an opportunity to work through issues together that may be contributing to a systems breakdown.

Perinatal Non-Directive Counselling

Medicare rebate of $62.20 available for
3 sessions with a GP referral
Additional sessions are not covered by Medicare
non-directive pregnancy support counselling
Person is currently pregnant or has been pregnant in the preceding 12 months
Services address all pregnancy-related issues for which non-directive counselling is appropriate

Play Therapy is a child's natural way of expressing themselves, and Play Therapy provides them with the opportunity to "play out" their thoughs, feelings and problems in a non-directive way, in a safe environment with a caing therapist

Cost-effective: Group therapy is often more cost effective than individual therapy because the cost of therapist's time is divided among several participants.
Group Therapy can provide a sense of validation and support from others who are going through similar experiences.
